California Country Park

Go Ape

If your child is taller than 1 meter, don’t forget to get him or her indulge in this treetop adventure. The Tree Top Junior adventure costs £18. Here your kids from 10 to 15 can fly from zip-wires and kids above 16 can tackle obstacles.

You may also choose The Forest Segway Ride for kids above 10 years and seven stone. Keep in mind that these adventures are good for kids around 10 to 16 years old.

The Look Out Discovery Centre

With over 90 exhibits that are best suited for kids of all ages, this scientific centre has an indoor stream and puzzles. The holiday shows and special weekend run all the year round, along with a toddler’s zone. The walks and car park are open from 7am to 8.30pm in Swinley Park from April to September 30, and 6pm from October to March. However, the centre is open from 10am to 5pm all the year round. For kids under 16, entry fee starts from £5.10.

Dinton Pastures

This parkland is spread over 335 acres which is open every day all the year round. It has different types of habitats, two rivers, seven lakes, and a kids’ play park. Here youngsters can enjoy boating, hire segway, or enjoy at disc golf at the activity centre.
